Returns and exchange details

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges).

Reason for Return

Photo of the damaged or defective item

Cancellations:

I don't accept cancellations But please contact me at ckjewelrycreations@yahoo.com if you have any problems with your order. 

Custom Orders:

I will email you a photo of the product for your approval.

Once I receive your approval by email, I will ship the product to you. 

Please note, I do NOT accept returns on custom ordered items.
